ഒരു സ്വപ്ന സാക്ഷാത്കാരമായിരുന്നു ഈ യാത്ര! ജോലി സംബന്ധമായിരുന്നെങ്കിലും ഒരു ദിവസം ഞാന്‍ ഈ മനോഹര തീരം കാണാന്‍ മാറ്റി വെച്ചു.
A visit to Shanghai - it was a dream come true! Though it was a business trip, I took a day off just to roam around in Shanghai city.
Shanghai is said to be the largest city by population in China nearly over 23 million.
23 ദശ ലക്ഷത്തോളം ജനങ്ങള്‍ തിങ്ങിപ്പാര്‍ക്കുന്ന മഹാ നഗരം. മനോഹരമായ വീഥികളും ചത്വരങ്ങളും! സുഖശീതളമായ കാലാവസ്ഥ! ഇടയ്ക്കിടെ ചന്നം പിന്നം പെയ്യുന്ന മഴ എന്നില്‍ ഉത്സാഹം കൂട്ടിയാതെ ഉള്ളൂ!

Zhouzhuang, one of the most famous water townships in China, situated in Kunshan City which is only 30 kilometers (18 miles) southeast of Suzhou. It is noted for its profound cultural background, the well preserved ancient residential houses, the elegant watery views and the strong local colored traditions and customs.
